TAXMOBIL GmbH
TAXMOBIL GmbH was founded in 2003 and is situated in Germany. Until 2003, TAXMOBIL GmbH was the central company which organized financing, the build-up of the strategic and political environment, the choice of partners and the technical development.
The organisational structure of the TAXMOBIL project was extended considerably by founding the TAXMOBIL AG and the German GmbH became the first country subsidiary within the company structure. By means of an increase of the common capital stock, TAXMOBIL AG took over TAXMOBIL GmbH as a full-fledged subsidiary.
TAXMOBIL GmbH has an inscribed common capital stock of 1 325 000.00 euros and is responsible for the launch of the TAXMOBIL pilot project and for the run of TAXMOBIL in Germany in future.
