The basis for the TAXMOBIL performance is a logistics concept which has been developed only for TAXMOBIL itself and which includes technology. The essential innovations and characteristics about TAXMOBIL’s island position are lying in this area and are subject to the highest secrecy.
The main point is a disposition algorithm which has been developed for TAXMOBIL only and which allows the system to handle large quantities of specific dates within the shortest time and to check the clients’ orders and the vacant places. The special thing is that the orders are sent to cars which are already on the road.
The demands which are made on the logistics are fulfilled by an intelligent data architecture, an own CRM and EPR systems as well as an innovative data gathering software.
